Term and conditions
Upon completion of your pet's care, you will receive an itemized invoice detailing the services provided.
We kindly request payment at the time of service. To offer you maximum flexibility, we accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as cheques and cash.
Please be aware that any outstanding balances not settled within 30 days will incur an interest charge of 2.5% per month.

Insurance
We highly recommend considering pet insurance for your pet to provide financial assistance in case of unforeseen expenses. Our head nurse, Fred, is available to assist you in completing the insurance forms.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Complete the owner section of the insurance forms.
- If completing paper forms, submit them to the practice. If using an online portal, inform us that a claim has been generated.
- Fred, our head nurse, will handle the administration process for you.
Please note the following administration costs:
- Initial Claims: £10.00
- Continuation Claims: £7.50
These fees cover the administrative work required to process your pet's insurance claim efficiently.
