Ordering Repeat Prescriptions Online

To order your pet's medication online, please follow these steps:

Initial Online Order:

First create an account with your chosen pet pharmacy (see list overleaf).
Next, register your pet to that account.
Add your pet’s medication to your basket.
Checkout and pay for medication. Before payment you will be asked how the prescription from your vet will be sent; please select ‘prescription to follow’ (via e-mail).
Once payment has gone through, you will be e-mailed a confirmation of your order; this will include an order number. Please call us on 01579 371 295 and let us know this order number. We need this to attach it to your pet’s prescription before we e-mail it directly to your chosen online pet pharmacy.
We will e-mail your pet’s prescription as soon as possible to your chosen online pet pharmacy. They will then check the prescription, dispense the medications and post them out to you.
There is a charge of £22.50 per pet per prescription; medication prescriptions will last for 3 months, while prescription for flea and worm treatment can be issued for 6 months.

Please place your online prescription with the online pharmacy as above (steps 1 – 5) before requesting your prescription from us.
