Ordering Repeat Prescriptions Online

To order your pet's medication online, please follow these steps:

Initial Online Order:

1. Create an account with your chosen pet pharmacy from the list provided.
2. Register your pet on the account.
3. Add your pet's medication to your online basket.
4. Proceed to checkout and pay for the medication. When prompted, select 'prescription to follow' (via e-mail) before making the payment.
5. After completing the payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with an order number. Call us at 01579 371 295 and provide us with this order number. We need it to attach to your pet's prescription before emailing it to your chosen online pet pharmacy.
6. We will email your pet's prescription to your selected online pet pharmacy as soon as possible. They will review the prescription, dispense the medications, and ship them to you.
7. There is a charge of £22.50 per pet per prescription. Medication prescriptions will be valid for 3 months, while prescriptions for flea and worm treatments can be issued for 6 months.

Subsequent Online Orders:

Before requesting a prescription from us, please follow steps 1-5 for subsequent online orders.
